Design Consultation
We take your idea, drawing or sample and advise on shape, materials, hardware and how to apply your logo. Design sign-off in 3–5 days.
Pattern Making & Sampling
Technical patterns and a real sample for your approval, adjusted until it's right. Usually 7–10 days.
Mass Production
Production to the approved sample, with every cutting, sewing and finishing step controlled. 15–30 days depending on design and quantity.
QC & Delivery
Every piece is inspected and packed to your requirements, then shipped within 2–5 days.
