1. What this website is

Hoang Nhat manufactures handbags, backpacks, wallets and leather accessories to order (OEM/ODM) for fashion brands, corporates and distributors.

The website presents our manufacturing capability, materials and previously produced work. It is not an e-commerce platform: there is no online ordering, no shopping cart and no payment processing.

2. Product information and quotations

• Product photographs show items we have produced and illustrate our capability. On-screen colours may differ from the physical product because of display and lighting differences.
• Material details, colour codes and specifications shown here are indicative. The binding specification is the one recorded on the approved sample and in the contract.
• Any price discussed through the website, by phone or by email is an indicative quotation, not a binding offer. The firm price depends on material, quantity, complexity and lead time, and is confirmed in writing.

3. Orders and contracts

A sale arises only once both parties agree in writing — by contract, purchase order or email confirmation — on the sample, quantity, unit price, schedule and payment terms.

The approved sample is the basis for acceptance. Mass-produced goods are checked against the sample the customer has confirmed.

4. Intellectual property

• All website content — factory and product photography, articles, layout and source code — belongs to Hoang Nhat, except where another owner is identified.
• Do not copy, redistribute or use the content commercially without our written consent.
• Designs and brand identity supplied by a customer remain the property of that customer. Hoang Nhat uses them only to fulfil the order, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry.
• Do not use the website to distribute unlawful or harmful content, or to interfere with its operation.
• You are responsible for holding the lawful right to use any design, logo or trademark you send us to manufacture.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available.

Hoang Nhat is not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information published here that has not been confirmed with us in writing.

7. Links to other sites

The website may link to social media or third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our business or the applicable law changes. The version in force is always published on this page with its revision date.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties.
