Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Scope

Hoang Nhat provides free lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects originating from the production process, including:

• Stitching thread breakages and loose threads.
• Stitching line flaws and misalignment.
• Technical adhesive failures, edge coating or paint peeling.
• Hardware defects (zippers, pullers, metal buckles, snap buttons) supplied by the manufacturer.

2. Warranty Eligibility

• Product retains its original structure without unauthorized modifications.
• The fault is determined to be a manufacturing defect from Hoang Nhat.
• Applies to all genuine products manufactured by Hoang Nhat.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

Hoang Nhat does not cover warranty in the following circumstances:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use (patina, leather softening over time).
• Scratches, tears, burns, or structural deformations caused by external impacts or sharp objects.
• Damage caused by water submersion, mold, fire, or improper storage and cleaning chemicals.
• Products repaired or altered by any third-party workshop.

4. Warranty Resolution & Lead Time

• Processing time varies depending on defect severity; Hoang Nhat provides exact turnaround upon receipt.
• Priority is given to expert repair, structural reinforcement, and aesthetic restoration to preserve premium finish and strength.

5. Transport Costs for Warranty

• Shipping fees for warranty items will be agreed upon mutually depending on each specific circumstance.
