1. Delivery Coverage
- Hoang Nhat provides nationwide shipping across Vietnam and export logistics support.
- Free delivery within a 20km radius in Ho Chi Minh City area.
- Locations outside this radius will be quoted specific shipping fees per order.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery schedules are aligned based on production milestones and completion dates.
- Hoang Nhat strictly commits to on-time delivery as agreed with customers.
- In case of any unexpected adjustments, we proactively notify clients early for mutual coordination.
3. Delivery Methods
- Direct delivery by Hoang Nhat's internal logistics team or reputable express freight partners.
- For bulk and wholesale orders, Hoang Nhat prioritizes safe and scheduled freight solutions.
4. Acceptance & Inspection
- All products are carefully boxed and packaged before dispatch.
- Customers are kindly requested to inspect product conditions and quantities immediately upon receipt.
- Any discrepancy or transport damage must be reported promptly at the time of delivery for immediate assistance.
5. Force Majeure
- In cases beyond reasonable control (severe weather, traffic disruptions, natural disasters), delivery times may be adjusted. Hoang Nhat will proactively inform and cooperate to protect customer interests.
